The Arndt Family Buckeye Tailgate Bash 2009

The 2009 Arndt Family Buckeye Tailgate Bash was a rousing success with well over 100 in attendance! The Buckeyes pulled their weight and stomped the Hoosiers 33 - 14. We once again projected the screen onto Doc's house (our neighbor) and setup all the food and drinks in the garage. Chairs and fireplaces were set up in the drive. SO much fun!! And PERFECT weather... not too cold and no rain!! I LOVE this party! We will do this for a long time! I had so much fun, I didn't even get around to get all the pics I wanted to take!

Jerry, our next door neighbor, gave Lucas a pair of old stilts today. He immediately got to work learning how to use them. He was focused and determined! I was so proud of him!! He was amazing!!

Team Fire begins their season

Lu's soccer team this year is the FIRE!!

Today was their first game and Lu was the first goalie!! This is new for these guys... up until now they played 4 on 4 on a smaller field with no goalie. There is definitely going to be some adjustment for Lu... that's a long field and a lot of running!!!
