My 45th Birthday!

My boys are so sweet... They got me one of my favorite cakes from Der Dutchman for my birthday and they wanted to candles. But Dad didn't buy any candles, so they went through the drawer where I keep old candles. No 4! How do you make 45 with no 4? They knew we didn;t have 45 singles! So they made do with 15 times 3... Only it didn't LOOK like 15 times 2... It looked like 153!!!!!!!! Take a look...

And to add insult to injury... I was having a BAD hair day!!Should have known something was up when Greg told me he wanted to learn how to grill!!!?? What???? Never EVER before had he EVER asked me to teach him to cook ANYTHING! hmmmm

But, I just rolled my eyes and thought whatever, just let me lay down and put my feet up for awhile first.

Then, 2 friends showed up. hmmmm. No notice, just walked in. Ok. Then some of Greg's softball team showed up carrying a dish each . WTF?? Greg is having his softball team over on MY birthday??? What?

Then some more friends walk in and said HAPPY BIRTHDAY! No WAY! Greg through me a SURPRISE PARTY! I've always wanted one! Just would have liked some notice!!!! ;<)

Of course though... since it was MY birthday... there are NO pictures!!!! Next time someone remind Greg to take some pics!!! :<)
